Privacy policy

The short version: we collect what the games and your account need, we share style signals only in groups of 30 or more, we never sell your information, and you can ask us what we hold about you at any time.

Effective version 2026-10-15

1. Who we are

Creative Worldwide is part of the Fashionista program: style games, a style quiz, points and prizes that run on several of our brand websites. The program and this website are run by Blue Coast Water, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website and the program.

The brands in the program share one account system, which we run. If you play on more than one of our sites, it is the same account, and this policy covers all of it.

The program is not offered to people in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the Canadian province of Quebec.

Anyone 16 or older can play, take the quiz, make an account and comment. Prizes (the monthly draw, the Grail box and the points shop) and the tester program are open only to people who live in the United States, so the parts of this policy about them apply only there.

To reach us, write to privacy@bluecoastwater.com.

2. What we collect

When you play, with or without an account: the call you make on each look, your quiz answers, and a few questions we ask between looks: your age group, how you describe yourself (woman, man, non-binary, or rather not say), whether you mostly shop women’s or men’s, and roughly where you are playing from (your country, and your state in the US), which we guess from your browser’s time zone and you can change. Only the age group is required. Without an account we keep these with a random id for your device.

When you make an account: your email address or your phone number (or both), a password if you set one, the name you want us to call you, your age group, and the version of the terms you accepted. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address. If you sign in with your phone, we get your number once you type the code we text you.

Your profile: the answers you give in About me, such as your style, your sizes and what you like to wear. You can add, change or skip each one. We do not ask about your health, religion, politics, sexual life or ethnic origin.

What you post: comments on a look, shown with your first name.

A profile picture. When you finish the quiz with an account we draw a simple one for you, and you can make your own from the choices you pick: a style, a gender, a skin tone, your initials or a few words you type. We never ask for a photo of you to make it.

Points and prizes (US only; players elsewhere play without them): when you redeem points or win a prize draw, the name and mailing address to ship to, and your size for a clothing prize. When you win a draw, we keep your US state, and your first name if you say we may show it.

Testers (US only): if you apply to test clothes, your mailing address and your review answers, and any photo you add to a review. If you are paid for reviews, the payment account you give us (such as Venmo, Zelle or PayPal) and your IRS Form W-9, which includes your tax id number.

Invites: when someone joins through your invite link, we record that you invited them.

When you join our email list or write to us: your email address, your first name if you give it, and what you write.

As you use the site: the pages you view, the links you click, where your visit came from (the site that sent you and any campaign tags on the link), your browser type and screen size. Our servers see your IP address, as every web server does. We do not store it with your game calls; we store a scrambled code made from it that changes every day, so we can spot one person voting many times.

3. How we use it

To run the games, the quiz, your account, your points, and the prizes and tester program: to keep your results, ship prizes and tester boxes, and pay testers.

Your age group: to keep anyone under 16 out, and to choose which looks to show you first.

Your other answers, between looks and in About me: to choose which looks to show you first, and to count in our group style signals (section 4). Each one is optional, and you can clear it at any time in Me, then About me. Your answers never hide a look from you.

To learn which looks each group of players likes, and share those group results with the brands and stores we work with, so they can decide what to make and stock. We share only groups of at least 30 players, and never anything about you alone.

To email you: sign-in codes and account mail, news about your prizes and orders, emails that invite you back to play, and the emails you asked for by joining our list. In Canada we send the emails that invite you back only if you said yes when you joined. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. The only texts we send are sign-in codes.

To keep the program fair and safe: to spot fake accounts, bots and repeat votes, and to limit how often one network address can send a form.

To see, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can make it better.

To measure our Google ads and show our ads to people who have visited. You can turn this off (section 5).

To meet our legal duties: tax records for paid testers, the official rules of a prize draw, and lawful requests from authorities.

4. What we share, and with whom

We do not sell your personal information.

Style signals, in groups only. We combine the calls players make, whether or not they have an account, into weighted, aggregate style signals, and share those signals with the retailers and brands we work with to help them decide what to stock and make. Some of the looks in the game are pieces a brand is still deciding on, shown so players can weigh in before release. These results may be broken down by style type, broad age band, gender, what players shop for and broad location (country or US state), and only for groups of at least 30 players. We never share your name, contact details, individual calls or individual answers with them.

What other players see: your first name on your comments; your first name and your result if you share a link to it; and on the winners list, "A player" and your state, or your first name too if you said we may show it.

The companies that help us run the program, only for that work and only on our instructions: Vultr and Google Cloud, which host our servers, database and files; Google Firebase, which handles Google sign-in and texts sign-in codes for this site; Google BigQuery, which stores our analytics records; Google’s image service, which draws profile pictures and the pictures on your quiz result from your choices and your result; AgentMail, which sends our email; and, for paid testers, the payment service you chose.

Google’s advertising tag, described in section 5, measures our ads. What it collects, Google handles under its own privacy policy.

Our own team sees what it needs to run the program: for example, the people who ship prizes see your shipping address. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and your browser

A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in, and a random id for your device keeps your game calls together. The game needs both to work, so we do not ask for them.

We use our own first-party analytics, with a visitor cookie so repeat visits count as the same browser. In some regions, which we tell from your browser’s time zone, and whenever we cannot tell where you are, we ask before setting the analytics cookie, and until you accept we count visits without it. Elsewhere it is set by default. Anyone can turn it off at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page, or clear it in the browser.

Your browser also keeps a few things on your device: your game calls until they are sent, your answers to the questions between looks, the campaign tags of your visit (cleared when you close the tab), and your light or dark setting.

We also run Google’s advertising tag, so we can tell which of our Google ads brought you here and show our ads to people who have visited. It may set Google advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out: the tag only measures our ads and builds no ad audience from your visit. It follows the same choice as our analytics: in some regions it loads only after you accept; elsewhere it loads by default, and the Privacy choices link turns it off. It receives the address of the page you are on, with any private link removed, and never your name, email or anything you type into a form.

6. Where your information is kept

We store and process your information in the United States, with the companies named in section 4. If you play from another country, your information goes to the United States, whose privacy laws may differ from yours.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the information described in this policy for as long as we run the program and as our business, legal and accounting needs require. We do not delete it on a schedule.

Tester payment records and tax forms (US only): seven years after your last payment, as tax law requires, then deleted.

Your email address on our list: we email you until you unsubscribe. After that we keep your address on a do-not-email list, so you stay unsubscribed.

If you close your account, section 9 explains what changes.

8. Age

You must be 16 or older to play, wherever you live. If you tell us you are under 16, the game stops, the calls you made are deleted from your device, and nothing is sent to us.

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), and live in the United States, to redeem prizes, enter a prize draw or be a tester.

If you think someone under 16 has given us their information, write to us and we will remove it.

9. Your choices and rights

Change or clear your profile answers at any time in Me, then About me.

Close your account at any time in Me, then Account. Closing removes your sign-in and clears your name, email address and phone number. We keep the records of your play, orders, points and prizes. Your public share links stop working. The votes you made stay in our counts. If your account was made through another of our apps, close it there or write to us.

Stop marketing email with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them.

Turn off the analytics cookie, and the advertising tag where a site runs one, with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.

You can also ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law gives you that right. If we must keep something, for example tax or business records, we will tell you.

To ask, write to privacy@bluecoastwater.com. It is free. We may need to confirm it is you first. We answer within 30 days. You will not be treated differently for asking.

10. Notes for some countries

United States: depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Section 9 explains how to ask.

On this site, Google’s advertising tag can show our ads to people who have visited. Some state laws call that sharing for advertising. The Privacy choices link turns it off, and we honor a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as the same choice.

Canada (outside Quebec): we handle your information under PIPEDA. Write to us at privacy@bluecoastwater.com.

Mexico, Israel, Japan, Australia and the other countries where you can sign in: where your local law gives you rights over your information, write to us and we will answer under that law.

11. Changes

We may change this policy. The version date at the top tells you when it last changed. When we change it, we will tell you in the app. When the program terms change, we ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing.

12. Contact

Questions or requests about your information: write to privacy@bluecoastwater.com.
